This research seeks to evaluate the contents of ecotourism websites for Chi-Ku Village and Black-faced Spoonbill in Tainan, Taiwan based on the ICDT model (Angehrn, 1997) using content analysis method. Results indicated that service attributes of Virtual Information Space (VIS) were set up by most of the websites. Part of service attributes of Virtual Communication Space (VCS) was also provided. However, the development of Virtual Distribution Space (VDS) and Virtual Transaction Space (VTS) were still at the early stage. General attributes are provided by most websites, including activity announcement, information of Black-faced Spoonbill, interpretation of conservation concepts, photo gallery and forum/blog. However, this paper suggests website operators should improve electronic newspaper, hyperlink, bilingual version, interactive games, FAQ, report download, reservation and information of interpretive service and volunteer/member recruitment.
