E58, E59, E60三隻救傷的黑面琵鷺
其中E59已於9月17日野放
E58和E60訂於昨天(9月24日)野放

Dear Redbird and all,
We released E59 at 17th Sep. from Ganghwa island.
It was rescued from the fish net at 25th Aug. from Ganghwa island.
We are also going to release E58 and E60 at 24th Sep. from Namdongji, Incheon.
E58 was rescued after exhausted by fish hooks hanging fishing singker on the neck from Songdo reclaimed area at Incheon. It was caught at 12th Aug. and cured from the rescue center.It was going to release at 17th Sep. before E59, but the date was postponed after a week, because it was not recovered well from the hurt on neck.
E60 was also rescued from the nest site of Namdongji, Incheon with broken leg at 8th July. It fell down from the nest. At that time, I think it was hopeless. But it was cured well by a veterinarian surprisingly. So we will released it with E58.
E58 adult male. right tibia blue-yellow-blue color band. PTT attached.
E59 juv. male. right tibia blue-yellow-green color band. GPS transmitter attached.
E60 juv. female? right tibia blue-yellow-white color band. GPS transmitter attached.
You can find them(E58, E60) curing process from these sites.

By the way, We had so much heavy rain in this summer and it drowned many chicks and nests, even though the chicks more than 600, left the nests successfully.
I think the population will be increased in this winter.
